Heperum is way for a community to educate, enlighten, inspire, teach and also learn about principles of sound and honest money through use of modern technology.

We (Heperum) will do our outmost to uphold our values, integrity and stay true to our vision.

Adopters Pledge

Heperum is not meant a speculative asset, but as a stable instrument of trade. Adopters should use it as such. Adopters should not use multiple accounts to register work time and  upon request will provide Heperum with information required for verification. Adopters will asses their products and services in hours of labour input (work hours) to accommodate the use of Heperum. Adopters will accept Heperum as (partial) payment. Adopter companies will redistribute Heperum to their Adopter employees with no affect to their fiat payments. Infringements of conditions can result freezing or termination the account.

Information On Heperum.org

The Site will not be responsible for any losses, damages or claims arising from events falling within the scope of the following categories:

• Mistakes made by the user of any Heperum-related software or service, e.g., forgotten passwords, payments sent to wrong addresses, and accidental deletion of wallets.
• Software problems of the Site and/or any Heperum-related software or service, e.g., corrupted wallet file, incorrectly constructed transactions, unsafe cryptographic libraries, malware affecting the Site and/or any Heperum-related software or service.
• Technical failures in the hardware of the user of any Heperum-related software or service, e.g., data loss due to a faulty or damaged storage device.
• Security problems experienced by the user of any Heperum-related software or service, e.g., unauthorised access to users’ wallets and/or accounts.

Actions or inactions of third parties and/or events experienced by third parties, e.g., bankruptcy of service providers, information security attacks on service providers, and fraud conducted by third parties.

Investment Risks

Heperum are not a fiat currency and are not issued, backed, or guaranteed by any government. Cryptocurrency market is a volatile market and users should expect to have large range fluctuations. As with all investments, there is a risk of loss in owning Heperum and users should beware of these risks at all times.

Compliance With Tax Obligations

The users of the Site are solely responsible to determinate what, if any, taxes apply to their Heperum transactions. The owners of, or contributors to, the Site are NOT responsible for determining the taxes that apply to Heperum transactions.

No Warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind regarding the Website and/or any content, data, materials and/or services provided on the Website.

The Website does not store, send or receive Heperum tokens. Any transfer of title in Heperum tokens occurs within a decentralised network, and not on the Site.

Unless otherwise indicated, all materials and content on the Site are copyrighted by, and owned exclusively by Heperum Project. You may link to the Site’s homepage or other pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage Heperum’s reputation or take advantage of it and not in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on Heperum’ part.

The Site may provide certain social media features that enable you to link, send communications, or display certain content from the Site. You may use these features solely as they are provided by Heperum.

Except as explicitly authorised by Heperum Project or its licensors, you will not:

The user of the Site agrees to arbitrate any disputearising from or in connection with the Site or this disclaimer, except fordisputes related to copyrights, logos, trademarks, trade names, trade secretsor patents.
