Heperum

We want to give you a clear project update on where we stand with Heperum Project. Many of you have been logging your hours for over a year now, and your commitment is the foundation this whole system is built on. Thank you for sticking with us through the early‑adoption phase.

Over the past months, we’ve been working through some important challenges. The biggest one was architectural: we didn’t want the token to be preminted. Our vision has always been that Heperum is created on demand, directly tied to the real work hours you log and that transaction fees are 0 or minimal. That principle is core to the integrity of the project — and it required more engineering time than expected.

The good news is that the token creation logic has now been resolved, every test working as intended.

Here’s what we’re focused on right now:

  • Final tweaks to the new Time Log interface to make it more intuitive and usable.
  • Migrating existing work hours into the updated system so everything is aligned for launch.
  • Ensuring the token issuance flow is smooth, transparent, and secure for every adopter.
  • Preparing Production environments
  • Writing of Instructions

We know thigs are taking longer than expected – we also expected things to move faster. But we were not willing to compromise on the core principles that define Heperum Project. The price of staying true to those principles has been time — which is a bit ironic, given the nature of the project.

From the beginning, we’ve said this is a marathon, not a sprint. The Work Hour Token is designed as a multi‑decade project, something that grows steadily and sustainably. In that context, these delays don’t change the long‑term trajectory. But we also agree that momentum matters, and we are pushing forward every day.

Your logged hours are safe, your contributions matter, and the project is very much alive and progressing. We’re getting close to the point where everything aligns for launch, and hopefully we’ll share some good news with you soon.

Thank you again for your patience, your trust, and your belief in what we’re building together.
